1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
- Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is returned safely.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
